I was very interested to read in "Ojo" (July-August) that a recipe book is available for quinoa. I have quinoa in my kitchen, but little idea of what to do with it. Please inform me about how I can contact the people who are producing or selling the quinoa cookbook, regardless of whether it is written in English or Spanish.

I would also like to have the address of the St. Lucian Folk Research Center in St. Lucia, which was also a topic in the same issue.

Thank you for a magazine that is always interesting and that has opened my eyes to many aspects of the Americas.
