Although most U.K. FTSE 100 companies identify cyber risk as a principal risk in their annual reports, few are preparing for such threats, according to Deloitte's analysis, Cyber Risk Reporting in the U.K. That lack of readiness is glaring at the top, where only 10 percent of companies delivered cyber risk training to their board last year. Just 5 percent have a director with technology or cybersecurity experience.
