The Standards Subcommittee of the Committee on Private Companies has submitted a followup letter to its first letter to the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) on the proposed International Financial Reporting Standards for Small and Medium-Sized Entities (IFRS for SMEs). The letter highlights impairment testing, goodwill and other intangible assets and leases.
