CGB met May 8 at Raytheon Co.'s facility in Arlington, Va. The keynote speaker was the Honorable Tina Jonas, under secretary and CFO, U.S. Department of Defense, speaking on "The U.S. Defense Budget: Historical Perspective & Future Considerations."
