At its meeting in Washington, D.C., on Feb. 27, CFB members discussed hot issues on Capitol Hill. These include: options backdating, trust-owned health insurance, executive compensation and issues related to stock options. With regard to executive compensation, there is a good chance that this issue will be dropped from the minimum wage legislation that Congress is considering.
