Commercial real estate firm opens Columbia office.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has opened a real estate office in Columbia at 1320 Main St., marking its third location in South Carolina.

The commercial real estate firm opened offices in Charleston and Greenville in 2012 and has 13 brokerage professionals and three property management associates in those markets.

Brian J. Young, senior vice president and managing broker of Thalhimer's Greenville office, will oversee Columbia operations, according to a news release. Spencer Green will serve as vice president of the Columbia office, focusing on office and industrial sales and leasing.
