Columbia's newest downtown residential development is complete.

Mashburn Construction has completed a $25 million residential development in Columbia's central business district.

Luxury apartment complex 1321 Lofts, located at 1321 Lady St., has 130 units ranging from $950 to $1,250 per month.

"This was truly a team effort and would not have been possible without the countless hours put in by the Mashburn team on site and our sub-contractors and suppliers who jumped through hoops to make this happen," Mashburn Construction president Lee Mashburn said in a news release.
