ColoradoBiz writer Allen Best tackled that subject in "Thirst for Solutions" in our October 2005 issue. The story earned Best the 2006 Morton Margolin Prize for Distinguished Business Reporting from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business and School of Communication--the first time the magazine has earned the award since 1994.
