Colorado First Construction's Big Contract.

Silverthorne's Colorado First Construction Co. and Denver-based fitness facility design specialist Ohlson Lavoie Corp. have landed the contract to build the Glenwood Springs Community Center. The $7.5 million center is slated to include one physical therapy room, one gym, one theater, two pools, numerous meeting rooms and a dance studio. Construction starts in April.
