Colliers' COO elected to global board of directors.

David Lockwood, COO and executive vice president of Colliers | South Carolina, has been elected to serve a one-year term as president of the global board of directors of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.

Lockwood's term will begin in October at SIOR's CREate 360 conference in Dallas. He will assume the role of global president in the fall of 2023.

Lockwood attained his SIOR designation in 1990 and was elected as the current SIOR vice president in 2021. He has also served as past president of the Carolinas SIOR chapter and served two terms on SIOR's national board of directors. He has held a total of more than 20 roles with SIOR, including eight years as SIOR's representative on the National Association of Realtors executive committee.
