It is here that the finest Cognacs are produced and it is the only district entitled to the ultimate designation "Premier Cru de Cognac." With more than 500 acres of Premier Cru de Cognac vineyards planted with the superior Ugni-Blanc grapes, Frapin does not turn to outside growers for grapes and is able to apply the most exacting standards of quality control at every level of production, starting on the vines.
