Llanerch Country Club in Havertown faces an EEOC lawsuit after it laid off a 59-year-old groundskeeper, allegedly replacing him with younger workers.

According to the complaint, the groundskeeper was the oldest member of the groundskeeping crew at the country club, located in the tony suburbs of Philadelphia. He had worked there since 2004 with no blemishes on his employment record.
