Directions: From Interstate 87 (northbound),

get off at Exit 38S. At the traffic light, go

straight onto State Route 22 (North Catherine

Street, a one-way street) until you reach the

traffic light at the North Catherine

Street/Cornelia Street intersection. Take a left

onto Cornelia Street and go straight. At the

second traffic light (Cornelia Street/Margaret

Street) take a right. Take your next right onto

Court Street. Public parking is available in the

City parking lot which is located on your

immediate left as you turn onto Court Street.

The Government Center also has a public

parking lot on your immediate right; however,

space is limited. Please note that parking on

Court Street and Margaret Street is limited to

two hours. There is a time limit for parking on

Oak Street and Cornelia Street. Arriving

From Route 3: Follow Route 3 (which

becomes Cornelia Street) past Champlain

Centres, Consumer Square, Dunkin Donuts,

Burger King. Near Burger King, the road splits

into a “Y.” Take a left at the “Y” and continue

going down Cornelia Street into the City of

Plattsburgh to the downtown area until you

reach the corner of Cornelia and Margaret
