Cliffs Builders puts three new sites on market.

Following a season of skyrocketing demand,Cliffs Builderstoday opened three new communities featuring 52 available homesites in Clemson and Marietta.

The three new "enclaves," as the company calls them, include Golf Ridge at The Cliffs at Mountain Park as well as Solstice Park and Lake Ridge at the Landing, both in The Cliffs of Keowee Springs.

Golf Ridge lies adjacent to the Mountain Park community's Gary Player signature golf course while Solstice Park borders Keowee Spring's Tom Fazio-designed course.Lake Ridge at the Landing will be adjacent to the incoming Lake Club, according to a news release.

"We are pleased to launch these new ownership opportunities at The Cliffs at Mountain Park and The Cliffs at Keowee Springs," Rob Duckett, president of The Cliffs, said in the release. "Each homesite is ideally located, and owners will benefit from existing and planned state-of-the-art amenities, which continue to be in high demand across our seven communities."
