* The Maine Department of Transportation, for the Warren road widening fiasco: a truly needless, senseless project that will reduce safety and ruin the quality of life for the residents in the area.

* NH-DES, for its decision--one year after denying a wetlands permit for the Troy bypass--to grant the permit, allowing the project to be constructed. CLF is appealing.

* EPA-NH for its recent letter to NH DOT insisting on comprehensive mitigation to prevent future uncontrolled growth in central/southern NH, and to preserve lands of ecological importance.
