Cleveland chapter holds two special meetings.

Larry Boron, President of the Cleveland TEI Chapter (right), decided to try to increase attendance at the Cleveland TEI meetings by instituting "Southern Tier" meetings south of Cleveland in the Akron area. Akron is approximaTEIy 30 miles south of Cleveland. FirstEnergy, based in Akron, generously agreed to provide meeting facilities for the first of these meetings, which was held on November 15, 2011. Two more meetings are planned for 2012. The first meeting had 41 participants, both from TEI member companies and select non-member companies.
