VOLUNTEER ARBITRATORS NEEDED - The Wyoming State Bar is seeking attorneys and qualified non-lawyers to serve as Fee Arbitrators. Arbitrators act as hearing officers in fee disputes between lawyers and clients under the Wyoming Fee Arbitration Rules.

• Disputes under $10,000 are heard by a single arbitrator

• Disputes of $10,000 or more are decided by a three-arbitrator panel, including one non-lawyer

• Arbitrators are appointed by the Wyoming Supreme Court for three-year terms
