Chronicle staff hones journalism skills at national media convention in Kentucky.

Members of the Campus Chronicle staff attended the ACP/CMA National College Media Convention at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, Ky. Those who went included Tierney Gallagher, Steven Haller, Allison Hogshead, Jeremy Hopkins, Katie Nelson, Alex Ruano and Dr. Bobby Hayes, adviser to the Chronicle.

While there, the group attended dozens of sessions that covered a variety of journalistic subjects, such as features, front page design, staff recruitment, interviewing, advertisement, editing, online resources and how to redesign a newspaper.
