When Christopher Niezgodzki first married Christy, they created a "100 things to do before we die" list. On the continually growing list is parachuting, bungee jumping, observing planets through a commercial telescope, visiting all seven continents and white water rafting the Grand Canyon. Niezgodzki proudly proclaims that they've already accomplished about half of the items. Next up: exploring Machu Picchu in Peru.

Stress Management: Stress in appropriate doses provides fuel for innovation and teamwork. To combat work stress, I work out and, at the end of the day, I read stories with my kids. I'm not sure who it puts to sleep more quickly, me or them!

Recently-read Book: The Mayflower, by Nathaniel Philbrick. The family recently spent time on Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard. The book covers the time prior to the Pilgrims departing for the new land and 50-60 years after landing; including the struggles with some of the Indians. The area is steeped in history, and knowing that you are walking the paths of the Pilgrims and Indians is pretty cool.
