CHRIS HIPWELL was hired as the new president for Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Utah Chapter. Hipwell was chosen after a national search to fill the position. Hipwell's involvement with ABC Utah began in 2003 through service on several chapter committees. She advanced to the board of directors in 2005. She was appointed to the executive board in 2006 and served as chairman of the board in 2008.
