Chocolove founder/owner/chocolatier/taster Timothy Moley cited two turning points in his life that pushed him into the chocolate business: one, getting a gift of chocolate from a Swiss man he saved in an Iowa blizzard and, two, chewing on cocoa beans in Indonesia a few years later.
