- Intergovernmental Agreement on Dr y Ports, Bangkok, 1 May 20132

- Minamat a Convention on Mercury, Kumamoto, 10 October 2013.3

1. World Intellectual Property Organization

On June 27, 2013, the Diplomatic Conference adopted the Marrakesh Treaty to

Facilitate Access to Published Works for Persons Who Are Blind, Visually Impaired or

Otherwise Print Disabled4 (the “Marrakesh Treaty”). e Treaty was not in force as of

31December 2013.
