§82.5.1INTRODUCTION

This chapter discusses CR 82.5 relating to tribal court jurisdiction. CR 82.5 became effective on September 1, 1995. Although it is a rule of procedure, CR 82.5 addresses substantive issues of jurisdiction. Only three Washington appellate decisions have cited CR 82.5 since its enactment: Wright v.
