§80.3HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT
CR 80 was first enacted in 1967. Itwas amended effective September 1, 1984; May 8, 1987; and December 10, 1993. The 1984 amendment provided oversight to the Administrator for the Courts with respect to equipment approval; the 1987 amendment deleted the time limit for equipment review in the 1984 amendment; the 1993 amendment added subdivision (c).
