Standard 8.1 Creation
All conveyances of real property made prior to July 15, 1991, which, as determined from the four corners of the instrument, clearly intended that the interests were conveyed as joint tenancy with the right of survivorship, shall be deemed to have created joint tenancies with the right of survivorship.130
