8.7 TIME RESTRAINTS

Some judges impose time restraints on the presentation of evidence. This may be appropriate provided it does not constitute an abuse of discretion. However, it is reversible error for the trial court to preclude cross-examination due solely to the depletion of that parties' allotted time at trial.¹⁸
