§79.1INTRODUCTION
This chapter addresses records kept by the Clerk of the Superior Court. All but one section of this rule is either "reserved" or refers the reader to sections of RCW 4.64 Entry of Judgments. This is in keeping with the Washington Constitution article XI, §5 which dictates that the executive branch official county clerk is the ex officio Clerk of the Superior Court and proscribes that the legislature shall prescribe the duties of the Clerk.
