§77.7 SIGNIFICANT AUTHORITIES

Much of the rule originates from statute; therefore, the analogous statute should be consulted when relying on CR 77. The analogous statutes are identified in the above sections, and are generally found in Chapter 2.08 RCW (Superior Courts) and Chapter 2.28 RCW (Powers of Courts and General Provisions).
