§77.5PURPOSE AND PROCEDURE

The purpose of CR 77 is to provide guidance to litigants for the basis and scope of superior court and judicial jurisdiction and power, which derive from statute and the Washington Constitution. CR 77 also provides the superior court, judicial officers, and litigants with direction and guidance as to superior court access and availability.
