§77.4COMPARISON WITH FEDERAL RULE

CR 77 and FED. R. CIV. P. 77 have some overlap, but are far from identical. CR 77(a)-(c) concern original jurisdiction, powers of the superior courts, and powers of judicial officers, which have no counterpart in the federal rules.
