§71.3HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT
CR 71 was adopted on July 1, 1976. In 1990, CR 71(a) was amended to require an attorney's Washington State Bar Association membership number on the notice of withdrawal and substitution. The last sentence of CR 71(a) was also added in 1990.
