§70.1.5PURPOSE AND PROCEDURE
CR 70.1 permits counsel to file notices of appearance as well as notices of limited appearance.
Under CR 70.1(a), an attorney licensed in Washington can appear for a party in a civil case by filing a notice of appearance.
