LUIS CARLOS RODRIGO PRADO is a partner at the Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Law Firm in Lima, Perú. He heads the Mining and Environmental Department of the Firm and performs as counsel for several international and local mining companies carrying out activities in Peru. He is a member of the Board of Directors of several public and private companies (such as Cía. Minera Antamina S.A., Sociedad Minera El Brocal S.A.A., Cía. Minera Argentum S.A., Teck Cominco Perú S.A., Marcobre S.A., a subsidiary of TSE listed Chariot Resources Inc., etc.). Mr. Rodrigo graduated from the Catholic University of Peru in the first place of his class, was admitted as a lawyer in 1990 and obtained an LL.M. from Yale Law School in 1993.
