§68.4 COMPARISON WITH FEDERAL RULE
CR 68 is virtually identical to FED. R. CIV. P. 68 with two exceptions: (1) the language in FED. R. CIV. P. 68 is gender neutral, and (2) the time required for service is longer. FED. R. CIV. P. 68 was amended in 2009 to allow service of an offer of judgment 14 days before the date set for trial or hearing.
