§65.1.3HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT
CR 65.1 was adopted as part of the Civil Rules for Superior Court on May 5, 1967, with an effective date of July 1, 1967. The rule paralleled the text of Fed. R. Civ. P. 65.1. At the time CR 65.1 was adopted, the only comment following its text was: "This rule follows FRCP 65.1." The cross-reference table set forth at the time the civil rules were adopted lists no counterpart to CR 65.1 in the former Rules of Pleading Practice and Procedure (RPPP).
