§62.8STRATEGIC AND PRACTICAL CONSIDERATIONS
The automatic stay provided in CR 62(a) will stay execution on any judgment for the same 10-day time period allowed to bring a posttrial motion under CR 50 (judgment as a matter of law), CR 52(b) (amendment of findings), or CR 59 (new trial or reconsideration).
