§62.1INTRODUCTION
Following entry of a judgment, CR 62 provides for a stay of enforcement of judgment in two respects. First, it provides for a brief, 10-day automatic stay. Second, it grants the trial court discretion to enter an order staying enforcement of its judgments while certain postjudgment motions are pending.
