DON C. SMITH is director of the Environmental and Natural Resources Law & Policy Program at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. In this role he directs the program's JD, LLM, and Masters degree offerings. He also teaches "Comparative Environmental Law" and "European Union Environmental Law & Policy." He edits the peer-reviewed journal "Utilities Policy: Strategy, Performance, Regulation," which is published by Elsevier Science Ltd. Prior to joining the University of Denver he worked as a publisher for McGraw-Hill Inc. and Reed-Elsevier. He obtained his law degree from the Washburn University School of Law. He also has a Master's in European Union Law from the University of Leicester, England, Faculty of Law.

GREG MCNAB is a partner in the Securities & Resource Groups of the Toronto office of Baker & McKenzie LLP.
