§43.1INTRODUCTION

This chapter discusses CR 43 and procedures for taking testimony in civil cases at trial and in deposition. CR 43 provides rules to ensure testimony considered by the court is true and accurate and sets out procedures for admitting oral and written testimony as evidence at trial and on motions.
