4.1 THE JURY LIST AND PANEL

4.101 Objections Before Jury Is Sworn. Objections to the jury selection process may be appropriate at several stages. Before the jury is sworn, counsel is permitted by statute to object without leave of court to any irregularity in the jury list itself or to the way in which the panel was drawn or summoned or the returns of service made.
