§4.10 TITLE INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

If a title insurance company will be asked to insure a transaction, the insurer's particular requirements concerning powers of attorney should be reviewed. Using the title insurance company's preferred form may be expeditious, provided it meets the principal's needs.
