§4.1.1INTRODUCTION
In 1978, CR 4.1 was enacted to govern the content and form of summonses used in domestic relations actions brought under Chapter 26.9 RCW. The domestic relations summons is served as provided in CR 4. This chapter, therefore, will discuss only the variations in the requirements for a summons used in a domestic relations action.
