§ 4.5 • NEGLIGENT MISREPRESENTATION

Negligent misrepresentation claims are occasionally brought in product liability actions.⁷⁸ They may apply in certain circumstances in the personal injury context and in the commercial setting. As the Colorado Pattern Jury Instructions do not address negligent misrepresentation claims in the context of product liability negligence claims, they are addressed in § 7.4.
