§39.3HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT
CR 39 was adopted in 1967. CR 39 has never been amended. CR 39 is patterned after FED. R. CIV. P. 39, which was adopted in 1938. (Note: FED. R. CIV. P. 39 was amended in 2007.)
