§36.1 INTRODUCTION

This chapter addresses requests for admission under CR 36. Although not a true discovery device, requests for admission are used to limit the issues for trial, and so in some ways are a "discovery" tool. For this reason requests for admission are one of the methods of discovery listed in CR 26(a).
