§3.5 RESIDENTIAL CONTRACT FORMS

As a public service, due to the prevalence of residential construction disputes, the WSBA Construction Law Section has prepared five separate model agreements for residential construction projects, to help homeowners allocate risk and responsibility with builders and designers. The forms include the following:
