§ 29.7 • CRIMES RELATING TO SUBDIVISIONS

§ 29.7.1—Failure to Register as a Developer

Unless exempt under C.R.S. § 12-61-401(3), a developer, before selling, leasing, or transferring title or agreeing or negotiating to sell, lease, or transfer, directly or indirectly, any subdivision or any part thereof, must register pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 12-61-401 et seq.⁴¹ Failure to register is a class 6 felony.⁴²
