§21.3 BENEFICIARY'S REMEDIES AFTER DEFAULT

In the event of a default by the grantor of a deed of trust, the beneficiary may pursue the following remedies:

Suit on the obligation: The beneficiary may sue to enforce the contractual obligation, obtain a judgment, and recover on it by levy upon the property of the grantor.
