                | (Mo. App. E.D. 1982). But a Rule 74.05 motion to set aside a decree is a "civil action" within the r- |
                | ule, and one can move for a change of judge within 30 days of filing motion. State ex rel. King v.Hu- |
                | esemann, 776 S.W.2d 488 (Mo. App. S.D. 1989). Application for change of judge need only be timely fi- |
                | led; not necessary that it be presented to judge within time. State ex rel. Ford Motor Co.v.Hess, 73- |
                | 8 S.W.2d 147 (Mo. App. E.D. 1987). Even when party is not entitled to change of judge, if judge disq- |
                | ualifies self, there is not reversible error. Rowev.Moss, 656 S.W.2d 318, 322 (Mo. App. S.D. 1983). |
