§15.3 HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT

CR 15 was adopted on May 5, 1967, and became effective July 1, 1967. It was amended effective September 1,2005, to add the language now contained in the third and fourth sentences of CR 15(a). CR 15 superseded, alone or in combination with other rules, RCW 4.32.160, 4.32.240, 4.36.190, and 4.36.250, which were repealed in 1984.
